What the X-Ray usually finds
- Cash already earned, still outside the bank. Unbilled work, approved changes not invoiced, and receivables past 60 days. Often the fastest cash the company has.
- A healthy total hiding a losing line. Margin looks fine for the company, but one job type, service line or location carries the rest while another barely breaks even.
- Numbers that arrive too late to steer. Statements show up weeks after month-end, so decisions run on last quarter. The fix is a close and three numbers by the 10th.

How long does it take?
One hour on a call or in Tulsa, plus 15 minutes to send your statements beforehand.
What do I need to send?
Last 12 months P&L and balance sheet, and an A/R aging if you have it. Exports are fine.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It is normally valued at $5,000; a limited number of complimentary slots open each quarter.
What happens after?
